Relationship Representative (KhmerLanguage)

MetaQuotes is seeking a Relationship Representative (Khmer-speaking) to join our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Khmer (Cambodia) and proficient in English. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professionals with a strong understanding of trading technologies, Forex & Stock markets, Hedge Funds, and the fintech industry. The successful candidate will excel at building long-term client relationships and delivering outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with customer service via emails and telephone.
• Building relationships with customers.
• Teaching the MetaTrader trading platforms functionality to new and prospective clients (remotely/live face to face)
• Dealing with variety of tasks assigned by HQ

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or IT related
• Very good interpersonal skills: dynamic personality, ability to maintain client interest, ability to make captivating product presentations
• Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Business/corporate representative personality and appearance
• Desire and ability to learn new skills, work in a team
• Knowledge or working experience in financial markets (Brokerage/ Forex or Exchange markets, Hedge Funds) or in Fintech
• 1+ year working experience with trading software for corporate clients

Additional Requirements

• Experience in working with MetaTrader 4 or 5 Trading Platforms
• Knowledge of the MetaTrader 4 or 5 Administrator & or Manager Terminals (back office)
• Experience in working in Fintech, brokers, hedge funds or other financial institutions
