Job Title: SME Banking Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to actively manage a portfolio of SME business customers. The role involves deepening existing relationships, identifying and managing potential distressed customers, and acquiring new customers that meet the quality and quantity standards aligned with the SME Banking Division's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Analysis and Strategy: Conduct profitability analysis and develop account strategies with product specialists, including cross-selling and phase-out activities.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for customer queries related to credit, deposits, and other services, including operational issues.
  3. Business Development: Develop new business by identifying prospects, engaging through communication and visits, and performing proper due diligence during onboarding.
  4. Financial and Risk Evaluation: Perform financial and risk assessments, prepare credit proposals, and seek approval in compliance with bank policies and regulations.
  5. Portfolio Development: Collaborate with other departments to develop the portfolio, leverage cross-selling opportunities, and ensure quality service delivery.
  6. Portfolio Monitoring: Conduct periodic reviews of customer creditworthiness, ensure documentation is in order, and update system data accordingly.
  7. Asset Quality Monitoring: Monitor early warning signs, and initiate restructuring, rescheduling, or legal recovery actions when necessary.
  8. Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by management and ensure proper maintenance of credit files.
