An established industry player in financial services is seeking a dynamic Premier Banking Relationship Manager to drive sales and enhance customer relationships. This role involves executing strategic sales plans, providing expert financial advisory, and managing investment portfolios. Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank’s leads (LMS) and self-generated leads.
Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at PBC/branch/region on sales activities/campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
Prepare and provide investment & wealth financial advisory and assistance to customers for their investment/wealth portfolio management.
Periodically review customers’ investment portfolios and increase AUM.
Plan and identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities to increase customers’ PHR and revenue.
Set appointments, conduct sales visits, prospect, and engage with customers.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationships and generate referrals.
Work closely with Centre Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotions, and campaigns.
Prepare and monitor sales performance and competitors' analysis for management.
Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures and observe sales code of ethics.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree holder.
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification with FIMM, PCE, CEILI, and IPPC licenses.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in wealth and banca products with financial institutions.
Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possess relevant licenses required for the portfolio.
Sales and results-oriented.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
