Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate and achieve sales targets, growing assets under management by penetrating key IUTA and CUTA platforms.
- Assist the Head of Partnership & Digital Distribution in growing the business by positioning products and managing relationships with these channels.
- Implement and oversee end-to-end marketing responsibilities, engaging all IUTA and CUTA stakeholders to ensure sales initiatives are executed and adopted effectively.
- Identify unique product ideas to enhance the product shelf for IUTA and CUTA, working closely with channels and generating supporting content for campaigns.
- Support the development and delivery of training and coaching frameworks for the sales team, including creating sales tools and training materials.
Job Specifications:
- Develop profitable relationships with IUTAs and expand account relationships.
- Build rapport with sales and frontliner staff of these channels.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales initiatives and monitor KPI achievement.
- Develop and execute campaigns, incentive programs, and sales tools to engage distribution staff.
- Provide sales support, conduct funds briefings, and resolve distributor queries.
- Communicate policy updates effectively.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate sales activities.
- Assist in product development and execution for distribution channels.
- Align initiatives with the company's sales strategies.
- Seek new ideas and opportunities for business growth.
- Provide market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance in marketing activities.
- Willingness to travel for sales and marketing activities.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Statistics.
Experience:
- 5-7 years in Fund Management or Sales & Marketing, preferably dealing with banks and managing sales teams or channels.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with financial and capital markets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay/Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bloomberg & Lipper is a plus.
Desired Qualities:
- Knowledge of investment products and sales.
- Proactive, organized, resourceful, and a strong team player.
