Single touch point to serve high net worth individuals to fulfill their financial & banking needs via financial planning & customized wealth solutions.

Ensure achievement of targets assigned.

Work with Branch Manager to ensure sales activities align with business direction.

Review performance with Branch Manager.

Grow Asset Under Management (AUM), fee income, profitability & customer base through active acquisition & prospecting of NTB high net worth individuals in the target market group.

Source new business/customers.

Build rapport/enhance relationships with customers.

Joint sales and marketing with Branch Manager.

Retain existing customers; grow share of wallet through cross-selling.

Deliver high-quality services to customers, meeting or exceeding expectations as per service level agreements, standards, and good business practices.

Ensure strict compliance with the Bank's policies, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and AMLA/CFT guidelines.

Follow up on customer service and complaints, resolving within TAT.

Qualifications

Degree from any university.

Minimum qualification: Diploma with at least 3 years’ sales experience.

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar environment, including branch sales and operations.

Vast knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and AMLA/CFT.

Proven sales performance track record.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and stress.

Multi-tasking ability.

Good command of English.
