Join Amani Wellness Sdn Bhd as a Client Manager in Health & Wellness, where you will enhance member experiences by managing onboarding, coordinating services, and fostering client relationships. We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and organized-driven Client Manager (Health & Wellness) to join ĀMANÏ Wellness Biohacking Club. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and personalized member experience by managing client onboarding, coordinating services across departments, monitoring progress, and fostering strong member relationships. The Client Manager bridges communication between members and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Onboarding and Relationship Management
Manage end-to-end onboarding for new members, including consultations, expectations setting, and first-day experience.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients throughout their journey.
2. Program Coordination & Follow Up
Coordinate appointments, sessions, and consultations across departments (physiotherapy, diagnostics, coaching, etc.).
Ensure clients adhere to their personalized biohacking program and provide proactive follow-up.
3. Client Progress Monitoring
Track and report on client milestones using KPIs (e.g., body composition, energy levels, recovery metrics).
Communicate with clinical teams to ensure protocols are adjusted based on progress.
4. Service Recovery & Retention
Identify disengaged or unsatisfied clients early and take corrective action.
Work with operations and clinical teams to resolve complaints and recover member satisfaction.
Act as the communication bridge between clients and practitioners (physios, nutritionists, coaches, etc.).
Ensure alignment of goals and delivery across services.
6. Experience Optimization
Gather and analyze client feedback to improve experience.
Contribute ideas to enhance client journeys and program design.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or equivalent (non-practicing doctors encouraged to apply)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities
Passionate about wellness, client outcomes, and innovation in healthcare
Team player, comfortable working cross-functionally across departments
Bonus: Interest in biohacking, diagnostics, or integrative health models
