Job Responsibilities

  • To assist and support the Section Head and Head of Department in executing business plans and strategies to achieve assets/ lending business targets by focusing on business corporations/activities for globally network by the Group.
  • To identify market opportunities and business prospects and to take strategic initiatives and actions to promote and close business deals.
  • To market and cross sell the Bank’s other products and services including liability products and to increase the Bank’s customer portfolio accordingly to the prescribed policies and guidelines.
  • Responsible to take the initiative and actions towards achieving own and departmental business targets such as soliciting new-to-bank customers through securing approved and accepted loans, cross selling CASA, internet banking, credit card and other products and services to generate revenue for the Bank.
  • To provide high quality and professional customer services delivery to new and existing customers on timely and accurately manner, and ensure efficient and effective marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of business development services is being carried out through marketing action plans.
  • In compliance with the credit policies/guidelines and shareholder mandates, to prepare and submit credit facilities proposals to seek the Management’s approval for customer’s acceptance and loans implementation.
  • To take initiative and accountability towards implementing and achieving departmental Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) and business objectives with concrete action plans in order to maximize personal and departmental performance.
  • To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required by Head of Department and/or the Senior Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, accounting other relevant professional qualifications.
  • At least five (5) years of working experience in corporate banking business of banking / financial institutions. An understanding of regional business driven would be an added advantage.
  • Sales and customer-service oriented.
  • Strong business acumen and results oriented.
  • Strong credit and marketing knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills and resourceful of business/industry development.
  • Team player.
  • PC literate preferably in Windows Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel, etc)
