Summary
Responsible for growing the Asset Portfolio and generating revenue/income in line with KPIs through prudent management of existing clients and acquisition of new clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Activities
- Originate new financing proposals from Public Listed Companies, Government-linked Companies, Private Companies, and other related companies.
- Market the Bank’s products.
- Monitor business activities and be alert to adverse changes or variations in customers’ risk profiles, highlighting issues to management with recommendations for action.
- Review customer facilities and recommend appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all accounts in the portfolio are reviewed timely and statuses are properly updated.
- Evaluate proposals or leads from Business Generators and internal/external sources.
- Manage relationships with existing customers.
Marketing and Acquisition of New Customers
- Plan marketing schedules targeting new customers.
- Acquire new financing prospects from existing customers, new relationships, or Business Generators.
- Prepare credit proposals and obtain approval from the relevant Financing Committee.
- Prepare Letters of Offer and follow up on acceptance.
- Assist in disbursement and activation processes with Sales Support and Credit Admin teams.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure prospects are within accepted risk appetite to secure quality customers.
- Ensure all terms and pre-disbursement conditions are met prior to facility utilization.
- Monitor accounts of concluded deals.
- Maximize revenue from customer groups.
- Grow business through cross-selling other services.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, guidelines, and external regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors as per business needs.
- Maximize wallet share of customers/groups.
Activities
- Maintain and manage customer relationships.
- Market the bank’s products and services using a cross-selling approach.
- Monitor the growth and quality of the business portfolio to meet targets.
