Job Description

The primary responsibility is to build, acquire, and grow the business with diversified clientele, aligning with the company's vision, mission, and investment philosophy, to achieve the company's AUM target set by management.

  • Target clientele includes:

- Institutional clients

- Government entities

- Linked companies, federal and state agencies, statutory bodies

- Public listed companies, SMEs, high net-worth individuals, and business partners

  • Provide excellent professional service and support to meet client and business partner expectations.
  • Demonstrate a high level of teamwork by understanding and supporting team goals and actively contributing to team performance. Collaborate closely with personnel from other departments.
  • Ensure quality work delivery, manage time and resources effectively, and adhere to OpusAM & Business Development Division’s SOPs.
  • Maintain strict compliance with regulations, Security Commission guidelines, internal policies, and procedures related to responsibilities.
  • Qualifications & Experience
    • Minimum a degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Investment, Accounting, or related disciplines.
    • Preferably 1 to 2 years of sales experience in financial products.
    • Experience handling business partners in banking and financial sectors is advantageous (for Business Partners).
    • Experience in private or priority banking is a plus (for Business Partners).
    • Sales-driven, proactive, results-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, dynamic, with good interpersonal skills and a proven track record.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating across various stakeholders and being a strong team player.
    • Knowledge of investment products, financial and capital markets, and instruments is an advantage.
    • Ability to inspire, influence, and build rapport with business partners, clients, and colleagues.
    • Meticulous and a team player.
