Accountabilities
  1. Manages, acquires, grows and deepens High Net Worth customers’ relationships through effective relationship management.
  2. Provides total financial solutions to High Net Worth customers.
  3. Conducts financial analysis and recommends strategies to achieve their financial goals by maximizing and protecting their wealth through a range of the bank’s investment and insurance products.
  4. Serves as the one-point contact to the High Net Worth customers of the Bank.
  5. Analyzes economic trends, global markets, customer needs and competitive products in order to structure personalised banking offerings.
  6. Professionally promotes and sells a wide range of wealth products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers.
  7. Engages in cross selling of other products based on customer needs.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably with High Net Worth clients.
  2. Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  5. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
