Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is hiring a Mortgage Business Development professional to build long-term relationships with customers and drive home loan growth. You will work with sales teams to identify opportunities and shape mortgage solutions that meet client needs.

You will analyse market trends, collaborate with product teams, and provide training and support to sales staff to ensure competitive offerings and strong performance.

Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant field such as business or finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in mortgage business development or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage market and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

MORTGAGE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
