JOB PURPOSE

Assist the bank in promoting and providing financing solutions to customers, including relevant parties in their supply chain such as buyers and sellers. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their financing needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance supply chain operations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Sales and Marketing:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their financing needs.
  • Promote supply chain financing products and services to buyers and sellers of existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations about the benefits of supply chain financing.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
    • Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups to assess needs and offer solutions.
  • Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment:
    • Analyze clients' financial statements and creditworthiness.
    • Assess and mitigate risks associated with transactions.
    • Collaborate with risk management to ensure compliance with credit policies.
  • Submission, Documentation, and Reporting:
    • Manage loan submissions efficiently.
    • Review letters of offer and ensure smooth legal and disbursement processes.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
    • Generate reports on sales, feedback, and market trends.
  • Asset Quality:
    • Assess asset quality to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
    • Identify and analyze potential risks within the asset portfolio.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and identify improvements.
    • Work with Risk and Compliance departments for asset quality management.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 1-2 years of banking or related industry experience with a success record.
    • Experience with core banking products.
    • Ability to work independently with high commitment and integrity.
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
    • Proactive, assertive, and innovative mindset.
    • Effective stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis of companies and individuals.
