Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Kluang. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing them with appropriate banking solutions. Daily tasks include client relationship management, sales and service, cross-selling products, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The role involves working closely with other bank departments to deliver a high standard of service.
