  • Prepare and present compelling financial proposals and solutions to clients, effectively communicating benefits and addressing concerns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations teams, to deliver seamless client service.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets for the assigned portfolio, contributing to the overall growth of the bank.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
