KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and drive cross-functional relationships strategies to foster collaboration, connection, and a sense of belonging among employees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across departments and levels to create a dynamic and cohesive work environment aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
- Act as a strategic advocate between employees and senior leadership to ensure seamless, timely, and effective communication across all levels.
- Champion workplace experience at the Cyberjaya office, proactively supporting corporate-related initiatives.
- Manage and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, and the Corporate division to ensure alignment and consistency in delivering impactful strategies.
- Collaborate with the Corporate division to design and deliver compelling internal communication efforts to strengthen employees’ connection, alignment, and engagement.
- Lead the planning and execution of corporate-centric initiatives such as corporate events, festive celebrations, recognition programs, team activities, and town halls, enhancing workplace experience.
- Support change management by facilitating clear communication, encouraging employee buy-in, and helping teams adapt positively to evolving workplace dynamics.
- Partner closely with the HR department to incorporate feedback, workplace wellbeing, and cultural initiatives into strategies.
- Oversee and analyze engagement and relationships, using data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and improve the overall culture, employee experience, and internal stakeholder relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with 5 years in a managerial role within change management, corporate relationships, or employee relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build meaningful relationships across all levels, from junior employees to senior leadership.
- Creative, resourceful, and energetic with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- A strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to balance planning and execution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in event planning, project coordination, and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with internal communication tools, content creation, and visual storytelling is a plus.
- Must be willing to be based in Cyberjaya and travel to other locations, if required.
