Position: Reinsurance Broking Technical Accounts Executive ( immediate vacancy )

Job Description:

• Prepare statistics for all Proportional and Excess of loss treaties (manually on excel spreadsheet) for renewal.
• Prepare the Evidence of Cover for renewal and Addendum for the brokers.
• Manually extract, calculate and process all statements concerning reinsurance technical accounting.
• Manually monitor the receipt for quarterly statements and premium adjustment statements and send requests to Clients every month for outstanding statements not received
• Check and Liaise with Clients on discrepancies of statements received from them.
• Monitor and extract all Cash Calls and Cash Calls payments.
• Queries from other departments, clients, and reinsurers for matters relating to reinsurance technical accounting.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Full training to be provided on the job.
• Graduates in either Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance would be suitable.
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• A quick leaner, able to work independently and as a team member, good social & people skills, willing to work under pressure and keen to develop a technical and valuable skill within the Reinsurance industry.
