Reinsurance Broking Manager (Aviation)

(Based in Shah Alam, Selangor)

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new aviation & related business to meet with established annual brokerage target
• Fully retain all renewal business from existing clients and identify potential for expanded business
• Ability to maximize income while complying to the Company’s guideline on maximum permissible brokerage
• Identify and develop new markets, locally and internationally, for reinsurance placement purposes
• Ensure that all deadlines and milestones as stated in the Company manuals are strictly adhered to at all times
• Ensuring the highest level of professional services to clients and maintaining zero incident of errors & omissions

Requirements

• Having at least 5 years work experience in the aviation insurance industry
• Good command & inter-personnel skill in both written and spoken English and strong in Mathematics is essential to the job
