Job summary

Regulatory Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcomed)

About the role You'll help businesses get the certifications they need to legally sell and distribute medical devices or health products in Malaysia — from GDPMD to Product MDA, to ISO 13485 and beyond. You will prepare the dossier and documents for audits or product registration submissions.

What you'll do

Guide clients step-by-step through GDPMD, ISO 13485, and other certification requirements

Prepare and organise documentation, applications, and submissions

Keep each client's progress on track and follow up to completion

Stay current on MDA, NPRA and regulatory requirements (we'll train you)
