Job summary

Hytech, a leading management consulting firm with operations across Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia, is seeking a highly analytical data professional to lead regulatory and financial data pipelines across multiple jurisdictions. You will collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Data teams to ensure accurate regulatory reporting and scalable governance.

The role emphasizes automation, audit readiness, and cross‑functional delivery, with hands-on work in Python, SQL, and Databricks

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, Audit, Regulation, or Data Pipeline development.
• Experience with regulatory licenses (ASIC, FCA, SCA, CIMA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain regulatory and financial reporting data pipelines aligned with CFD and Equities regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Finance to fulfil regulatory reporting, audit, and internal controls data needs.
• Increase automation by building reusable data reporting pipelines from Data Lake / Databricks environments.
• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and update data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic accordingly.
• Develop understanding of risk, trading, and operations to ensure data structures meet business, finance, audit, and compliance needs.
• Lead cross-functional projects to ensure timely, accurate, and traceable regulatory data delivery.
