Job description

Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Cosmetics & Pharmaceutical Product) MY SG Brunei

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable based on performance)

Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: Basic RM3,200 to RM5,500 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage

Targeted start date: July/ August 2025

WHO CAN APPLY?

Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, life sciences or related field and equivalent

A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in regulatory affairs in medical or pharmaceutical companies.

Core command in spoken and written English

Good interpersonal, presentation, and effective communication skills

Analytical, meticulous, and problem-solving skills including decision-making for operational issues.

Time management skills

Able to work independently, multitask, and perform in a fast-paced environment

Able to work well with others in team work and with other functions

JOB SUMMARY

Manage product registrations, renewals & variations

Ensure timely submissions and approvals

Review and approve product labels & marketing materials

Collaborate with global and regional teams

Engage with regulatory bodies (NPRA, HSA, PHAMA, etc.)

Maintain internal systems and regulatory trackers
