An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to ensure compliance with product-related regulations. In this role, you will manage regulatory documents, support product registration, and work closely with various stakeholders to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Your ability to communicate effectively in English, along with proficiency in Japanese or Korean, will be invaluable in this position. Support regulatory compliance activities, including product assessment and approval, and label review.
Work with chemical regulations and compile regulatory developments.
Prepare, manage, and submit regulatory documents and applications for product registration, notification, and renewal.
Assist with all regulatory issues related to the business unit, customers, or customs.
Manage regulatory database and documentation to ensure it is up to date.
Support EBS implementation.
Assist with product registration operations, regulatory filings, submissions, and confidential parts of submissions for products and permits.
Ensure all licenses and permits related to the business, including import/export licenses, are renewed and secured in a timely manner by the relevant authorities.
Ensure compliance with product-related regulations, including ingredients, labeling, claims, product registration, packaging, and import/export challenges.
Perform other duties as assigned by the regulatory lead.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Science, or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Confident, mature, resourceful, with a pleasant personality and willingness to learn.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Ability to speak and write in Japanese or Korean.
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
Proficient in Windows and MS Office applications.
