As a Regulatory Affairs Executive at VitaHealth Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with pharmaceutical and medical device regulations. This is a full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to navigate the complex regulatory landscape and support the successful commercialisation of VitaHealth's products.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and interpreting changes in relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to pharmaceuticals and medical devices

Preparing and submitting regulatory applications, such as product registrations and renewals, to the appropriate authorities

Liaising with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and compliance

Assisting in the development and implementation of regulatory strategies for new and existing products

Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support regulatory compliance

Providing regulatory guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and marketing

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulatory requirements

Requirements

Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulatory affairs role within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry

Excellent understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with regulatory submission software

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
