Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd, Malaysia's fastest-growing community pharmacy chain, is seeking a Fully Registered Pharmacist to join our expanding team. You will counsel customers, conduct basic health screenings, review prescriptions, and propose suitable health supplements while ensuring accurate dispensing.

Applicants must hold a Pharmacy degree, be PBM-registered, and be eligible for License A. The role requires rotas including weekends and public holidays, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Fully Registered Pharmacist under Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (PBM).
• Possesses at least a Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent, and eligible to obtain license A.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their medical/nutrition/diet needs.
• Provide basic health screenings.
• Counsel and advise clients on their medication regimen and to improve health conditions.
• Screen prescription and dispense accurately.
• Recommend suitable health supplements.
• Assist in day-to-day operations including coverage for other pharmacists if the need rises.
• Assist in stock take and responsible for expired/shortage of product.
• Ensure inventory record and stocks are always tally.
• Maintain product wastage at low level according to the Company's guidelines.
• Receive stocks according to purchase order.
• Store products, follow proper guidelines.
• Ensure product availability while keeping cost at its optimal performance and work within storage capacity constraints.
• Train and induct new co-workers, provide constant coaching and support.
• Communicate new product promotion and ensure promotion are communicated accurately to customers.
• Ensure the pharmacy always comply to government regulatory.
• Execute best pharmacy practice and follow guidelines given by authority and the Company.
• Upkeep prescription and poison book record.
