Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is expanding its community pharmacy network and seeks a fully registered pharmacist to join our team in Malaysia. You will deliver professional pharmaceutical services, counsel patients, and contribute to health outcomes.

You will be responsible for prescription screening, dispensing accuracy, stock management, and supporting day-to-day operations while rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Fully registered pharmacist with PBM (Pharmacy Board of Malaysia).
• Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent, and eligible to obtain license A.
• Able to work on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service and counsel clients on medications and health needs.
• Communicate with customers to understand medical, nutrition, and diet requirements.
• Screen prescriptions and dispense accurately; maintain prescription records.
• Handle stock management, ensure product availability, and manage wastage per guidelines.
• Train and induct new staff; promote new products and promotions; ensure regulatory compliance.
