Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a valid practicing license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Post-basic or specialist certifications in BLS, ACLS, MTLS, PALS or NRP.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with unit goals, standards, and assigned shift duties.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes impacting care.
• Ensure accurate patient handover, follow doctor’s orders, and report incidents.
• Conduct patient rounds, reassess care plans, and prioritize based on patient needs.
• Assist doctors during rounds and procedures while providing patient support.
• Execute treatment plans and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families.
• Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and health management.
• Support unit operations, including administration and coverage in the Unit Manager’s absence.
• Ensure accurate billing for procedures, equipment, and consumables.
• Maintain adequate stock and ensure sterility and safety of supplies.
