Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to assigned unit patients.
• Follow shift patterns and handover reports with the care team.
• Assess patients on rounds and adjust nursing plans as needed.
• Ensure doctor orders are carried out and document care and outcomes.
• Maintain infection control, safety standards, and accurate nursing records.
• Assist Unit Manager in managing ward operations and staff guidance.
