Overview

Assessing patients: Identify patients' needs and assess their health. Providing care: Provide care before and after medical operations. Monitoring patients: Check vital signs, look for signs of deteriorating or improving health, and ensure patients are comfortable. Administering medications: Administer prescribed medications in some settings. Changing dressings: Perform basic nursing functions such as changing bandages and wound dressings. Educating patients: Educate patients and the public about health conditions. Providing support: Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families. Implementing care plans: Implement and monitor patient care plans and treatments. Ensuring quality care: Ensure patient care is conducted according to the policies and standards of their employee.
