Job description
  • Perform system data entry for incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Update and maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of stock levels through system monitoring and adjustment.
  • Manage digital documentation including delivery orders, invoices, and stock movement forms.
  • Assist with system-related issues and coordinate with IT or system support teams when required.
  • Monitor system alerts, pending tasks, and discrepancies, and escalate when necessary.
  • Support cycle count and stock audit activities through system coordination.
  • Communicate with internal teams on any system updates or inventory changes.
  • Ensure all data is recorded accurately and timely to support smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or data-entry roles.
  • Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP system, or inventory software is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills, especially in MS Excel and data-entry tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse processes is preferred.
