Join our team as we expand our logistics excellence across Asia-Pacific.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Warehouse & Distribution Manager to oversee our APAC Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) and distribution network. This role manages outsourced warehouse (3PL) operations as well as in-house warehouse facilities, distribution, exportation, and reverse logistics while working closely with APAC countries’ teams and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up new Regional Distribution Centre & local distribution Centre
• Manage day-to-day operations of APAC RDC and 3PL warehouse and logistics partners.
• Oversee warehousing, value added services, distribution, import, export, and reverse logistics to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
• Lead regional 3PL management: KPIs, SLAs, and cost optimization.
• Drive On-Time In Full (OTIF) improvements with the markets
• Inventory management and optimisation
• Collaborate with country operations teams to standardize logistics processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and implement global and regional logistics projects across APAC.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for international trade, customs, and export control.
• Monitor logistics performance and initiate cost-saving and efficiency projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business and equivalents.
• Experience: 8–10 years in regional logistics/warehouse leadership, especially managing inhouse warehouse and outsourced warehouse services as well as 3PL across APAC countries.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of international logistics, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Solid experience in 3PL contract management and performance improvement.
• Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural communication.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS (SAP) and project tools.
• Languages: Fluent in English; other Asian languages, e.g. Chinese will be a plus.
