A leading company is seeking a Regional Training Specialist - Senior Executive to deliver impactful training programs across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will leverage digital tools to create engaging content and assess training needs critically, ensuring performance gains align with business priorities. An ideal fit will possess a Bachelor's degree and substantial training experience, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and excellent communication skills.
Develop and facilitate high-impact programs (e.g., communication, leadership, emotional intelligence) tailored to diverse employee needs in SEA office.
Work closely with HRBPs to conduct needs assessments and align training with business priorities.
Adapt content, materials, and delivery methods to ensure training translates into real-world performance gains.
Utilize our DLearning platform and Lark to deliver seamless virtual training, from pre-session preparation to post-training follow-ups.
Analyze feedback and training metrics to continuously improve programs for maximum effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Education, Psychology, or related fields (preferred).
5+ years of experience in training, with a proven ability to design and deliver impactful programs.
Strong diagnostic skills—able to identify training needs through interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
Proficient with digital tools (Lark, DLearning) for managing and delivering virtual training.
Skilled at engaging diverse teams, especially in Malaysia, with cultural sensitivity.
Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and evolving business needs.
