About the Role

This role is a hybrid of execution and strategy — one day you might be sourcing talent for a business-critical tech role, the next you’re crafting a scalable process, implementing a new AI tool, or advising the business on market talent data.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end hiring process across the region
• Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers — not just filling roles, but influencing decisions to meet overall organization's goals
• Support and co-drive regional TA projects (e.g. process redesign, hiring strategy, tools rollout)
• Collaborate closely with HRBPs and business leads to align talent plans with growth
• Shape and contribute to the evolution of TA at Carro — we welcome builders!

Required Skills

• Proven TA experience preferably with regional exposure
• A strong operator who’s also curious about strategy and process improvement
• Comfortable working in lean, fast-moving environments
• Enjoys figuring things out, taking ownership, and building new ways of doing things
• Strong communicator who can manage all levels stakeholders
