We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and sustainable growth across our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Direct, oversee, and plan overall regional Supply Chain strategy within Business entities, Manufacturing facilities as well as Warehousing units covering the regions that is operating.
- Oversee the regional inventory, warehousing, distribution, planning and logistics functions.
- Analyze the current supply chain operations and provide innovative solutions to supply chain operations for greater efficiencies with the goal of exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
- Lead and drive cross functional improvement initiatives to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment and cost-effective transport and delivery; implement and manage inventory accuracy improvement programs to support business growth.
- Develop the supply chain budget with regular monitoring of actual expenditure against forecast and identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure the supply chain processes are supporting sound financial practices and operational efficiencies.
- Own solid understanding of the financials and the impact that supply chain has on revenue, product costing and margins.
- Gauge the effectiveness of existing logistic partners and identify ongoing opportunities to increase efficiencies.
- Research, secure and manage relationships with global shipping partners based on quality, level of service, competitive pricing, and the ability to scale based on growing needs.
- Evaluate, recommend, and support improved IT tools in supply chain management to drive operational effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent education or work experience.
- 10 - 15 years of prior relevant experience with Supply Chain (Logistics, Planning and Warehouse Management) in Foods Processing or FMCG Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement comprehensive approaches to risk management.
- Outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity, handle the unexpected with flexibility and provide clarity to business leadership.
- Possesses strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written; able to articulate ideas to both operational and non-operational audiences.
