Job summary

Michael Page seeks a Regional Supply Chain Excellence Manager to strengthen performance across Asia. You will drive KPI governance, digitalisation, and cross-market collaboration to improve customer service, logistics efficiency, and operational excellence.

Reporting to a Regional Supply Chain Leader, you will establish regional reporting, consolidate KPIs, build dashboards in Power BI, and lead reviews with stakeholders across markets. This role offers high visibility and regional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, logistics or related discipline.
• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, operations excellence or transformation.
• Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, distribution, customs clearance, and 3PLs.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel capabilities for dashboards and data analysis.
• Experience building KPI frameworks, scorecards and performance management structures.
• Exposure to ERP/supply chain systems (SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, WMS).
• Experience driving process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management in matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

This is a newly created regional role focused on strengthening supply chain performance, visibility, and continuous improvement across Asia. The successful candidate will drive KPI governance, digitalisation initiatives, and cross-market collaboration to enhance customer service, logistics effectiveness, and operational excellence.

Description

Reporting to a Regional Supply Chain Leader, this role will be responsible for driving supply chain excellence initiatives across multiple Asia markets while partnering closely with country and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establish and manage regional supply chain performance reporting and governance frameworks.
• Consolidate operational KPIs across multiple markets to create a single source of truth for leadership decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools using Power BI and related analytics platforms.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyse performance trends and identify opportunities to improve customer service levels, logistics costs, inventory efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across customer fulfilment, warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations.
• Support regional digital transformation projects involving supply chain systems, process automation, and data visualisation tools.
• Develop performance measurement frameworks for logistics partners, distributors, and third-party service providers.
• Identify best practices across markets and drive standardisation and knowledge-sharing across the region.
• Collaborate with supply chain, planning, logistics, customer service, and operations teams to support business objectives.
• Influence and engage stakeholders across different countries and cultures to drive alignment and execution of regional priorities.
• Support senior leadership by translating operational data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience within supply chain, logistics, customer service, operations excellence, or supply chain transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, distribution, customs clearance, and third-party logistics operations.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel capabilities, including dashboard development and complex data analysis.
• Experience building KPI frameworks, scorecards, and performance management structures.
• Exposure to ERP and supply chain systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, WMS, or related platforms will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, or digitalisation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within matrix organisations.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and multiple geographical markets.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a highly collaborative environment without direct authority over stakeholders.
