SCOPE OF ROLE:
Oversee and drive financial performance across our Southeast Asia (SEA) markets. The Regional Senior Finance Manager will be a proactive business partner, bringing strong analytical capabilities, financial discipline, and regional insight to support sustainable growth and profitability across multiple entities and business units.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure robust internal controls and processes.
- Compliance with local statutory requirements and corporate policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor and manage risk across financial and operational activities.
- Collaborate with regional leadership, sales, operations, and other departments to support decision-making, support the team with pricing, margin analysis and cost optimization.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation in finance.
- Support M&A due diligence and integration efforts, if applicable.
- Support financial modelling for strategic initiatives and expansion plans.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing country finance team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or a quantitative discipline from a reputable university.
- 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in regional leadership role.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting standards (IFRS/local GAAP)
- Proven experience managing multi-country operations in Southeast Asia (Preferable)
