Regional Senior Executive, Strategy & Business Transformation

We are seeking a highly driven Strategy & Business Transformation Senior Executive to support organizational growth and efficiency by reviewing and transforming business processes across the front office, mid office, and back office. A critical part of this role is to identify processes that can be improved, design solutions, and drive implementation through technology and HR Tech adoption. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and highly visual — capable of translating complex processes and strategies into clear visual frameworks, dashboards, and roadmaps. They will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable impact in profitability, efficiency, workforce productivity, and customer experience.

You will be based in the KL Offices however, travelling to multiple countries will be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Review & Visualization
  • • Conduct a comprehensive review of current business processes across front, mid, and back office functions.
  • • Identify processes that can be improved by assessing bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
  • • Develop visual process maps, workflow diagrams, and transformation blueprints to highlight current gaps and future-state opportunities.
  • • Benchmark organizational processes against industry best practices.
  • Technology & HR Tech Adoption
  • • Evaluate and recommend enterprise and HR Tech solutions (ATS, HRIS, payroll automation, learning platforms, AI-enabled recruitment, RPA, analytics).
  • • Lead the implementation of new processes enabled by technology, ensuring smooth integration with operations.
  • • Partner with HR and IT to modernize people-related processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, workforce planning, performance management).
  • • Drive organization-wide adoption of HR Tech and digital tools through visual guides, training, and adoption dashboards.
  • • Lead and manage transformation projects from initiation to execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • • Act as project manager, coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • • Liaise with technology vendors and service providers to ensure solutions meet organizational needs.
  • • Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and smooth delivery of technology-enabled initiatives.
  • • Develop project plans, track milestones, and report progress to senior leadership.
  • • Translate corporate goals into actionable transformation roadmaps, with clear identification of process improvement priorities.
  • • Build business cases and ROI models to justify process and technology investments.
  • • Create visual roadmaps and KPI dashboards to track progress on process improvements and tech adoption.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
  • • Engage stakeholders across all levels to gather input and secure buy-in for process improvements.
  • • Use visual storytelling techniques (dashboards, infographics, process maps) to communicate change clearly.
  • • Support HR and business leaders in driving adoption of improved processes and new ways of working.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
  • • Define and monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and process efficiency indicators.
  • • Provide visual, data-driven reporting to leadership on transformation outcomes.
  • • Ensure a continuous improvement culture, embedding lessons learned into future initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years’ experience in strategy, business transformation, or consulting, with exposure to process improvement and HR Tech.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead projects and liaise with technology vendors and service providers.
  • Strong knowledge of process analysis and continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen is a plus).
  • Proven ability to create visual process maps, dashboards, and strategic roadmaps
  • Understanding of HR Tech systems (ATS, HRIS, Payroll, LMS, AI-enabled recruitment, workforce analytics) will be a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, visualization, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading process redesign and technology-enabled improvements.
