Job summary

CIMB Group Holdings Berhad in Johor is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager & Personal Financial Advisor to professionally promote bank products and achieve sales targets. You will build customer relationships and drive loan, credit card, and financing product uptake.

The role requires strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, basic qualifications, and a proactive, results-driven mindset with willingness to learn and work hard to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• SPM with passes in BM, English and Mathematics.
• Fresh graduates with Diploma / Degree qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate with relevant sales working experience will have an added advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia – both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote the Bank’s products such as Personal Financing, Government Loan, ASB Financing and Credit Card.
• Achieve sales targets for all assigned products.
• Ensure accepted loans are disbursed and approvals for credit cards are obtained.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure high service quality.
• Identify, solicit and maintain new customers and referral base.
• Perform initial credit screening to ensure submission of quality loans.
• Comply with the Bank’s policies, compliance and guidelines.
