Sales Regional Manager (Johor/KL)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess potential land acquisitions for residential and commercial developments.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, particularly in Johor and Kuala Lumpur.
- Identify key market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to refine regional sales plans.
- Build and lead high-performing sales teams across assigned regions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Establish strong networks with agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders to drive project sales.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and progress against KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, project, and finance teams to ensure project alignment and readiness.
Marketing Regional Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support project launches and enhance corporate branding.
- Manage both offline and online marketing initiatives, including events, roadshows, social media, and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies for brand development, media planning, and creative execution.
- Oversee content creation, visual assets, and marketing materials for various platforms and target audiences.
- Analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
