Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans in line with objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Trade Representatives.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure team performance and market execution excellence.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key distributors and trade partners.
  • Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and pricing strategies in line with company policies.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer insights.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the commercial team for continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in managing distributors and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills (good command of Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Willing to travel frequently within the Southern region.
