Job description

Our client, a leading provider of capital equipment, is looking for a proactive and experienced Regional Sales Manager SEA to drive sales, strengthen client partnerships, and contribute to long-term growth across Southeast Asia. This role is based in Selangor and reports to the Sales Director for Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead sales efforts to drive business growth and expand market presence.
  • Achieve revenue, profit, and territory targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop pricing strategies.
  • Build strong client relationships and manage key accounts.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Support product launches and coach regional sales teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in capital goods sales, including leadership with P&L responsibility.
  • Proven track record in sales with strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a self-driven, proactive approach to managing sales initiatives.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Open to frequent travel across Asia.
