A leading technology provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Specialist to sell Maintenance & Support services. This role involves managing customer renewals, preparing proposals, and liaising with internal teams. Candidates should have a solid sales background in the Telco/IT industry and experience with maintenance contracts. Remote work with possible client meetings is required.

Responsible for selling the firm’s Maintenance & Support services remotely via telephone and face to face meetings (where applicable) to existing customers. Specializes in renewing, up-selling, increasing, and closing maintenance/service contracts for the Europe region. Ensures customer awareness and understanding of applicable contractual implications. Must meet sales objectives, e.g., quota, on-time renewal, fee uplifts targets, etc.
Solid background in a Sales role in Telco / IT industry, with experience in Maintenance & Support and/or similar professional services selling background.
