A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive market expansion and manage client relationships within the smart building sector. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the BMS or HVAC industries. This role also requires regular business travel and excellent planning skills.
We are looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager for a established MNC that specializes in building management systems and manufacturing services.

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Drive Market Expansion: Lead efforts to grow the company’s presence across Asia, focusing on smart buildings, energy management, and digital solutions.
Lead Generation: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market analysis.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and ongoing collaboration.
Act as Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between key clients/merchants and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase company capabilities.
Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage contract processes to close deals that align with company goals.
Strategic Expansion Planning: Collaborate with operations leadership to develop pricing strategies and market entry plans.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Support Business Objectives: Contribute to broader company strategy by aligning regional sales efforts with overall organizational direction.
Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
Availability for regular business travel.
Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in BMS or HVAC industries.
Excellent planning & organizational skills.
