A leading provider of advanced design and manufacturer equipment is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Regional Sales Executive to expand market presence and drive sales growth across the assigned region.

An exciting opportunity to work with company based in Batu Kawan, Penang.

Job Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the company’s products to existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, ensuring excellent after-sales service and customer communication.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely support, product information, and guidance.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical aspects of products and quickly acquire product knowledge.
  • Provide technical consultations and conduct product demonstrations for customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in semiconductor machinery, industrial equipment, or related industries. Fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region and occasionally overseas.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and own transportation is preferred.
