Regional Salas Manager

About the role

Sunergy Asia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets across our branches in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of the sales leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's sales strategy and contributing to its overall success.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
2. Lead, manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximise their performance and professional development.
3. Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
5. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimisation.
6. Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners to secure new business and maintain loyalty.
7. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to raise brand awareness and generate new leads.

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in a regional sales management role, preferably within the sales industry.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and inspire a team.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
4. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and initiatives.
5. Familiarity with the Agriculture sales industry and understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems.
7. Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Agriculture, or a related field.

Agriculture industry experience is a strong advantage.
