Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned professional to lead regional payroll and finance transformation initiatives within a multinational shared services context in Asia Pacific. The role emphasises strategic process improvement, governance, and digitalisation across service lines.

You will partner with stakeholders to define business cases, implement improvements, and monitor outcomes while driving standardisation and efficiencies in a dynamic GBS environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, business transformation, process improvement, or operational excellence with exposure to payroll and/or finance projects.
  • Experience supporting regional or multinational organisations, preferably within a shared services or GBS environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and process optimisation capabilities.
  • Exposure to automation, system implementation, reporting, analytics, or digitalisation projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
