The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Paralegal (Legal Secretary) with a creative mind and passion for delivering excellent work. Join our dedicated team and contribute to improving quality, reducing costs, and building innovative solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage online legal work intake forms by screening, monitoring, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Assist with legal department digitization projects, including migrating paper records to electronic management systems, managing contract lifecycle tools, and maintaining legal records.
  • Administer digital signatures, document management, and tracking; maintain signed contracts database and legal precedents.
  • Support company secretarial activities, including maintaining electronic databases for corporate records and statutory deadlines.
  • Respond to internal legal inquiries, provide training on legal processes, and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Handle administrative duties such as proofreading, invoice processing, and managing legal expenditure.
What Are We Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in law from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in law firms or legal departments, preferably with experience in Greater China legal matters and contracting.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing in Mandarin is a prerequisite; knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
  • Experience managing legal databases and working on legal projects is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, work independently, and multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
