Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Operations and Sales Manager to oversee the operational and sales activities of our Rawang branch and surrounding regions. This role plays a vital part in driving sales performance and ensuring efficient branch operations.
This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in the FMCG and food manufacturing industry, especially those experienced in working with hypermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Rawang, Selangor branch.

Drive and monitor sales activities across Selangor, Seremban, and Kuala Lumpur regions.

Establish strong working relationships with hypermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, and distributors to grow sales opportunities.

Oversee inventory, logistics, and general administration to ensure smooth and efficient branch operation.

Develop regional sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and ensure sales targets are met.

Coordinate with internal branch departments as well as HQ internal departments such as sales & marketing, supply chain, production, and customer service to support sales and operations.

Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management for business decision-making.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

At least 5 years of working experience in sales and operations management, specifically in dealing with hypermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay. Ability to communicate in Cantonese and Hokkien is an added advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Willing to travel regularly within Selangor, Seremban, Kuala Lumpur, and to company HQ in Kulai, Johor.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willing to report to the Rawang office, Saujana Taman Teknologi Rawang on a regular basis.
