Position Responsibilities
1. Talent Strategy Development
- Design and implement regional recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to influence hiring decisions.
2. End-to-End Recruitment Management (Regional Expansion & COE)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and niche roles.
- Oversee sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Specialized recruitment initiatives for Center of Excellence (COE) roles.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with senior leadership across departments to forecast hiring needs.
- Act as a talent advisor to stakeholders, ensuring a consultative approach.
4. Team Leadership
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators across markets.
- Establish and track KPIs for the recruitment team.
5. Process Excellence & Employer Branding
- Optimise recruitment processes, systems and metrics.
- Drive employer branding initiatives regionally to position the firm as an employer of choice.
6. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Integrate DEI into recruitment practices to ensure diverse talent pipelines.
7. Induction & Onboarding
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive orientation programs to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and workplace expectations.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process by managing documentation, facilitating introductions to key teams, and providing ongoing support during the probation period.
Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
- 8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or leadership role.
- Proven track record hiring across multiple SEA/APAC countries.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or a high-growth environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- High resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Passion for talent, leadership development, and driving culture through hiring.
Skills & Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employer branding, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition trends in regional markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to manage multiple roles and priorities across different geographies.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making; experienced in using recruitment metrics and dashboards for performance and process improvement.
