Align with management and Sales teams for consistent execution.
Prepare for foreseeable events (e.g., major holidays) and respond effectively to disruptions (e.g., border delays, natural disasters) in coordination with Sales and Customer Service.
4. Cost Management
Negotiate with subcontracted hubs to manage cost-effectiveness.
Continuously optimize operational costs for in-house hubs.
Develop a long-term strategy to transition more operations to company-owned hubs.
b. FM/LM Costs
Standardize costing and pricing frameworks across countries.
Negotiate transportation costs with FM/LM suppliers.
Monitor and manage the profitability of company-operated FM/LM trucks.

Collaborate with the IT team to develop and enhance the internal system to support LTL operations.
Ensure strict system usage and data accuracy, including booking master details, cargo weights, and dimensions.
Evaluate commercial systems fit for LTL, distinguishing between those optimized for FTL and LTL operations.
6. Quality Management
Oversee quality control activities such as delivery lead times and cargo handling quality.
Make operational decisions to ensure adherence to lead time commitments and service quality.
7. Reporting & Data Management
Maintain accurate records of capacity utilization, load factors, and performance metrics.
Generate periodic reports on P&L, cargo volumes, market trends, and operational performance for management review.
