  • Act as the primary legal advisor to the management and key stakeholders, providing legal and risk management advice to the business.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer contracts, partnership deals, and vendor agreements.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with laws and regulations across SEA markets for both our Regional Talent Solutions and Online Talent Platform businesses
  • Establish, maintain, and build scalable legal policies, processes, and templates to improve operational efficiency.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across all areas of the business. Be responsible for regulatory change management.
  • Manage disputes, pre-litigation matters, and coordinate with external counsel on active litigation or regulatory actions and enquiries to safeguard the company’s interests.
  • Oversee and advise on data protection and privacy matters, including the governance and legal oversight of data systems such as the company’s data lake.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People, Product, Sales and Operations teams.
  • Manage external counsel relationships and oversee budget and performance.
Why You Should Join Us
  • Management experience of a multi-jurisdictional legal team that has already established trust with the business.

  • Product experience, specifically: with our Regional Talent Solutions, employment compliance experience through our employer-of-record services, and with our Online Talent Platform, platform governance and compliance experience.
  • Senior stakeholder and board management experience.
  • Flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to be your own boss.
