Our nine campuses comprising 14 schools are strategically located in the developed areas of the Klang Valley in Selangor, Perak, Penang and Johor.

Our schools follow the international school curriculum comprising IGCSE and A-levels, starting at the kindergarten level, while five of the schools also offer the Malaysian National Curriculum. With almost 9,000 students, we have a 60-year history of providing education to students in the country and have gained a reputation for excellence and high standards in education.

We put learners and their learning first. We champion a transformative approach to learning that goes beyond the classroom. By igniting our students' curiosity and growing their self-confidence, we empower them to become the next generation of changemakers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality analysis of learning data (e.g., exam results, surveys, visit data) in all schools that leads to strong learning-focused targets and action planning that positively impact student outcomes.
  • Hold school leaders to account for the successful completion of learning improvement plans through ongoing monitoring and support.
  • Partner with schools and regional Marketing, Admissions, and Retention to make Learning.First™, Amazing Learning and learning outcomes visible to families, strengthening school reputation, confidence, enrolment growth and retention.
  • Lead, coach and mentor Regional Learning Team members to enhance their skills and capabilities, supporting career development through personalised development plans.
  • Partner with Regional Functional leaders to deliver the SoC strategy, ensuring school improvement priorities are learning-led, commercially informed, operationally practical and support sustainable growth and efficiency.
